If you had an active subscription for Lift with Leana, you automatically have access to the new App! Your app should update automatically, otherwise go to the App store and simply update your app!

Can I track personal and fitness goals in the app?

Yes! You can easily track all your goals easily in-app!

Are the workouts beginner friendly?

100%. We have multiple guides at different levels of ability.
